Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Lead – Tax & Finance Transformation to lead the Digital TAX domain within a global Finance Transformation program.
This role will be responsible for defining and executing the digital strategy, roadmap, governance, budget management, and operational performance for Tax, Account-to-Report (A2R), and Integrated Finance Management (IFM) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance, Tax, Trade Operations, and Digital teams globally to drive ERP modernization, process harmonization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will combine deep SAP Finance and Tax expertise with strong product ownership, stakeholder management, and transformation leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Digital TAX domain within Finance transformation program.
- Own the digital roadmap, governance, budget, vendor ecosystem, and operational performance for TAX, A2R, and IFM solutions.
- Drive ERP modernization, TSA exits, process standardization, and migration toward a global SAP S/4HANA strategy.
- Partner with Finance, Tax, Trade Operations, and Digital teams globally to deliver business value and continuous improvement.
- Ensure operational stability while driving automation, innovation, and adoption of digital solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years in SAP Finance/TAX digital transformation within FMCG, pharma, or healthcare environments.
- Strong expertise in SAP FI, S/4HANA, SAP DRC, Vertex, OneSource, GTS, and tax compliance platforms.
- Proven Product Owner or Digital Lead experience managing roadmaps, budgets, vendors, and stakeholder governance.
- Experience leading global ERP programs, process harmonization, and cross-functional digital initiatives.
- Strong business partnering, strategic thinking, change management, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to Agile delivery, analytics, automation, and enterprise architecture concepts.
Pay: ₹52,378.50 - ₹80,944.63 per month
