Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; 8-10 years of experience in mechanical design with a focus on mechanical housings and units.Demonstrated proficiency in SolidWorks and other CAD tools. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a design team. Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills. Knowledge of material properties, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturability.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the mechanical design team to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects within set deadlines.
· Utilize expertise in SolidWorks and other CAD software for the design and development of mechanical housings and units.
· Facilitate smooth workflow and processes, identifying and removing bottlenecks in the design process.
· Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative environment and facilitating knowledge sharing.
· Ensure that design projects comply with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines.
· Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and resources as necessary to meet objectives.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of design objectives with overall project goals.
· Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the design, prototyping, testing, and production phases.
· Regularly review and improve design processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
Minimum Service Agreement: 12 months
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
