We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to prepare nutritious, high-quality meals for students and staff. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary skills, a commitment to food safety, and an understanding of student food preferences and nutritional requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare daily meals according to approved menus.
- Ensure meals are nutritious, balanced, and consistently high in quality.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
- Ensure compliance with health and food safety regulations.
- Develop innovative and appealing menu ideas for students.
- Coordinate with the school/college administration regarding meal planning and special dietary requirements.
- Create a positive dining experience by delivering food that is both healthy and enjoyable.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Chef in a school, college, institution, hotel, or large-scale catering environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Experience preparing meals for large groups.
- Ability to maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
- Passion for healthy cooking and student nutrition.
