Job Description – Assistant – Site Survey & Stock Verification

Job Purpose
To assist in visiting different storage locations, verifying physical stock of Coco Pith materials, taking measurements, and preparing stock verification reports.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in visiting open yards, warehouses, and storage locations for stock verification.
2. Help measure and verify physical stock quantities.
3. Compare physical stock with records and report shortages or excess stock.
4. Maintain stock verification records and survey reports.
5. Take photographs and collect supporting documents during verification.
6. Submit daily and weekly stock reports to the supervisor.
7. Coordinate with Stores, Production, Commercial, and Yard teams.
8. Travel to different company locations for stock verification activities.
9. Follow company procedures and safety guidelines during field visits.
Required Skills
1. Basic knowledge of stock verification or inventory checking.
2. Good observation and attention to detail.
3. Basic MS Excel and reporting skills.
4. Good communication and teamwork.
5. Willingness to travel and work at field locations.
Qualification
· Any Degree or Diploma.
Experience
· 0–2 years of experience in Stock Verification, Warehouse Operations, Inventory Checking, or Field Survey.
· Freshers willing to travel are encouraged to apply.

4. Physically fit for field work and outdoor activities.
5. Willingness to learn and work as part of the operations team.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
