7. Train and guide production staff on quality standards and best practices.
8. Address customer complaints related to product quality and implement corrective actions.
9. Work closely with suppliers to ensure raw material quality meets company standards.
10. Lead investigations on quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
