Key Responsibilities
- Administration & Scheduling: Maintain the principal’s diary, arrange appointments, and manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence and filing.
- Gatekeeping: Act as the first point of contact, screening calls and visitors to ensure efficient use of the principal’s time.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, draft, and proofread reports, board documents, and correspondence.
- Meeting Management: Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Communications: Act as a liaison between the principal and staff, parents, students, and external stakeholders.
- Human Resources & Compliance: Assist with staff induction, manage personnel files, and maintain confidential records. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience as a PA or senior administrator, preferably in an educational setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office machinery, basic canva.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Interpersonal Skills: High level of professionalism, discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
