Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our architectural team. The candidate will assist in developing design concepts, preparing drawings and documentation, coordinating with consultants, and supporting projects through various stages of design and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, plans, elevations, and sections.
- Develop and modify drawings based on project requirements and client/architect feedback.
- Prepare architectural presentations, 3D models, renders, and design documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants.
- Assist with site visits, measurements, inspections, and site coordination.
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable building regulations.
- Assist senior architects in preparing tender, construction, and project documentation.
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, and consultants when required.
- Maintain organized project files, drawings, and documentation.
- Support the team in ensuring projects are delivered within the required timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates may also apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, or similar software is an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and materials.
- Strong design sense and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
