We are expanding rapidly and are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to acquire new enterprise brands and grow our presence across India.
ROLE Overview :
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, approaching, pitching, negotiating, and closing new B2B clients for the vCASH platform. This is a high-impact revenue-generating role focused on bringing leading brands onto the platform and building long-term strategic relationships.
The ideal candidate is a strong sales professional with experience selling SaaS, fintech, digital marketing, enterprise technology, loyalty solutions, or B2B software to decision-makers.

Experience Required : 3–8 Years
- Key Responsibilities - Brand Acquisition
- Identify and onboard new manufacturing brands across India
- Generate qualified leads through outbound sales, networking, referrals, events, LinkedIn, and industry associations.
- Giving Demos to the brand.
- Convert qualified prospects into long-term clients.
Required Skills
- Excellent B2B sales and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation and communication abilities
- Experience selling enterprise solutions
- Ability to build relationships with senior executives
- Commercial acumen and consultative selling approach
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- B2B Business Software / Saas sales
- Prior experience of loyalty industry
- Prior experience of working with manufacturing brands
- 3–8 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, SaaS, fintech, digital solutions, or loyalty programs
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
