Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Reception
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns and service requirements.
- Record customer complaints accurately.
- Vehicle Inspection
- Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections.
- Prepare job cards with detailed service requirements.
- Service Estimation
- Explain required repairs and maintenance to customers.
- Provide service cost estimates and obtain customer approval.
- Coordination with Workshop
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff regarding repair work.
- Monitor service progress and ensure timely completion.
- Customer Updates
- Keep customers informed about repair status, additional work requirements, and delivery schedules.
- Quality Check
- Verify that all requested repairs and services have been completed properly before vehicle delivery.
- Vehicle Delivery
- Explain the work carried out and billing details to customers.
- Ensure smooth vehicle handover.
- Documentation
- Maintain service records, job cards, warranty claims, and customer details.
- Ensure proper documentation of all service activities.
