Key Requirements:• Experience in footwear pattern cutting and grading• Strong understanding of shoe construction and manufacturing processes• Ability to develop patterns from design sketches and samples• Knowledge of different upper materials and their behavior during production• Coordination with Design, Development, and Production teams for sample execution• Attention to detail and problem-solving skillsCandidates with experience in sports, casual, or lifestyle footwear will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
