The Admission Counselor at Airgo Academy is responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, promoting aviation and hospitality courses, and ensuring a smooth admission experience. The role requires strong communication skills, counseling ability, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities in aviation, and academy offerings
- Handle inquiries via calls, walk-ins, emails, and social media
- Convert leads into admissions by explaining course benefits and career outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups
- Conduct campus tours and presentations for prospective students
- Assist students with admission documentation and enrollment procedures
- Coordinate with marketing and training teams for admission campaigns
- Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and counseling abilities
- Basic knowledge of aviation/hospitality industry (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
