Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join a growing IT company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales, client acquisition, and business growth. Freshers with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with potential clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Represent the company at networking events and business meetings when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of IT services and software solutions will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is preferred
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
- Immediate joiners preferred
