Product Support – Maintenance Engineer
We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Product Support – Maintenance Engineer for our Projection Screen division.
Job Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Projection Screens and related systems
- Handling electrical settings, calibration, and machine maintenance
- Diagnosing technical issues and providing effective onsite or remote support
- Coordinating with production, sales, and customer support teams
- Ensuring smooth functioning of machinery and electrical systems in the factory/service environment
- Maintaining service records and technical reports
- Supporting product testing, quality checks, and preventive maintenance activities
Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Degree in Electronics Engineering or related technical field
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience in handling electrical equipment and service support activities
- Ability to understand technical drawings and operating procedures
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Willingness to travel for installation and service support if required
- Problem-solving attitude with practical technical knowledge
Preferred Skills
- Experience in AV products, motorized systems, automation, or industrial electrical maintenance will be an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge and report preparation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle customer support professionally
