Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project-wise and organizational revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Drive sales closures through direct customer interactions, negotiations, and relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales pipelines, inventory movement, and conversion ratios.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to recommend business strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on lead-generation campaigns, project launches, and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and periodic performance reviews for management.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience from inquiry to handover.
- Support management in pricing strategies, inventory planning, and revenue optimization.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
