About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Cost & Estimation cum Tendering Engineer to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling project estimation, BOQ preparation, tender submissions, costing analysis, and coordination with internal teams for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project scope
- Handle complete tendering process from RFQ to submission
- Work on GeM & CPP portals for tender operations
- Coordinate with procurement, project, and execution teams
- Monitor project costs and recommend cost-saving measures
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and estimation records
- Support contract negotiations and proposal preparation
- Maintain estimation turnaround within 24–48 hours
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of estimation & costing
- Experience in tendering and BOQ preparation
- Good understanding of engineering drawings
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Project preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field
