Job Overview:
Sky Ocean Academy is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to support student admissions and lead generation activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, handling inquiries, providing course information, and maintaining regular follow-ups to achieve enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective students and parents through outbound calls.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Schedule counseling sessions and coordinate with the admissions team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions status.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students and address their queries professionally.
- Achieve assigned call and admission targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead conversion activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, academic counseling, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office applications.
