Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily assembly activities and ensure smooth production.
- Monitor quality and maintain production targets.
- Coordinate with the service team to resolve customer and product issues.
- Guide and support assembly technicians and operators.
- Ensure workplace safety and proper documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assembly Supervisor.
- Must have experience in service and troubleshooting activities.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle a team and manage daily operations.
