The TSI is responsible for driving primary and secondary sales within an assigned territory, managing distributor relationships, ensuring product availability, and executing market strategies to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Drive primary (company → distributor) and secondary (distributor → retailer) sales
2. Distributor Management
- Appoint and manage distributors within the territory
- Monitor distributor ROI, stock levels, and order cycles
- Ensure timely billing, payment collection, and stock replenishment
3. Market Execution
- Ensure product availability and visibility across retail outlets
- Execute trade schemes, promotions, and merchandising activities
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing in the market
4. Retail Coverage & Expansion
- Increase numeric and weighted distribution
- Identify and develop new retail outlets
- Maintain beat plans and ensure regular market visits
5. Reporting & MIS
- Maintain daily sales reports, beat reports, and stock reports
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to management
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good understanding of FMCG distribution channels
- Analytical mindset with basic data handling
- Ability to work in field-intensive roles
Qualifications
- HS/Graduate
- Minimum 1 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferred)
Salary:Upto 25K
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
