Job Profile
We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Technical Sales Executive / Beautician with hands-on exposure to professional skin care, aesthetic products, and salon/clinic demonstrations. The candidate will be responsible for promoting premium Korean cosmetic and aesthetic solutions to salons, skin clinics, dermatology centres, cosmetologists, and beauty professionals.
The role involves live product demonstrations, client engagement, training support, lead generation, and converting business opportunities into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live demonstrations of Korean cosmetic and aesthetic products at salons, clinics, spas, and beauty centres.
- Explain product usage, treatment protocols, benefits, and post-treatment care to professionals and clients.
- Generate leads and convert prospective customers into business accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, salon owners, and aesthetic clinics.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and beauty events.
- Provide technical guidance and training to beauty professionals on product application techniques.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams for customer follow-ups and sales closure.
- Maintain daily visit reports, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
- Identify new market opportunities in the professional beauty and aesthetic segment.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skin care, aesthetic clinics, or salon product sales preferred.
- Beautician / cosmetology certification is an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to demonstrate products confidently to professional audiences.
- Passion for Korean beauty and aesthetic trends.
- Basic knowledge of skin care treatments and aesthetic procedures preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad and nearby regions.
- Smart, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
Work Location & Travel
- Base Location: Hyderabad
- Field visits to salons, clinics, dermatology centres, distributors, and beauty events are part of the role.
- Travel and movement within city and outstation locations, if required, will be applicable.
