Job Description
We are looking for a skilled CNC Bending Operator with experience in sheet metal fabrication. The candidate should be able to operate CNC Press Brake/Bending machines, read engineering drawings, and produce components as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Press Brake/Bending machines.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and bending specifications.
- Set up tools and dies for different bending operations.
- Perform accurate bending of sheet metal components.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic machine maintenance.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a CNC Bending/Press Brake Operator.
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication is mandatory.
- Knowledge of CNC Press Brake machine operation and tooling.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, measuring tape, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and quality inspection.
- ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CNC Press Brake machines such as Amada, Yawei, Bystronic, Trumpf, or similar.
- Good attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
Salary: As per experience
Experience Required: 1–3 years (or as per your requirement)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
