ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through the successful implementation of sales and customer engagement strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities.
- Handle customer queries effectively through email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Provide excellent customer service and personalized shopping assistance.
- Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a business-focused and sales-driven approach.
- Be flexible to work rotational shifts as per business requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–5 years of proven work experience as a Fashion Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or in a similar customer-facing sales role.
- Candidates with strong customer service experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in handling customer interactions through email and chat.
SKILLS:
- Candidates from a fashion or luxury retail background are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with a sales-driven mindset.
- Relevant experience in fashion sales or luxury retail.
- Passion for fashion and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
