Job Summary
Maa Kudargarhi Group is hiring a Weighbridge Operator for its Graphite Plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately weighing incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products, maintaining weighbridge records, coordinating with dispatch and production teams, and ensuring smooth vehicle movement within the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the computerized weighbridge for all incoming and outgoing vehicles.
- Record gross, tare, and net weights accurately.
- Generate weighment slips and maintain daily weighbridge records.
- Verify vehicle details, challans, invoices, and material information before weighing.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Dispatch, Security, and Logistics departments.
- Enter weighment data into ERP software or MS Excel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly weighbridge reports.
- Monitor the functioning of the weighbridge and report any technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory weighing procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure discipline and smooth movement of trucks within the plant premises.
Required Skills
- Experience operating computerized weighbridge systems.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP software.
- Good numerical accuracy and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Qualifications
- 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Weighbridge Operator, Computer Operator, or Data Entry Operator in a graphite plant, mining, cement, steel, manufacturing, or industrial unit.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP software (SAP/Tally/Customized ERP).
- Knowledge of transport documentation, gate pass management, and dispatch operations.
- Familiarity with inventory and stock reconciliation processes.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
