THE ROLE
You’ll be responsible for the reliable day-to-day operation of hosted platforms and operational services. The work covers service support, alert response, incident management with structured RCA, controlled maintenance and patching, scripted automation, log and fault analysis, and runbook governance.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Hosted / managed service operations experience in a structured service environment
- Practical monitoring, alert handling, and incident management
- Good understanding of Windows-based platform operations, RDS, and web server support
- SQL Server backup and restore activities
- Strong hands-on PowerShell scripting and task-based automation
- Log review, fault diagnosis, and clear communication of findings
- Strong process discipline — documentation, change management, and service governance
- Desirable: PostgreSQL awareness, hosted application support, licensing administration
