- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance overall business performance.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity in project objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and design business processes effectively.
- Experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable implementation plans.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive consensus and achieve project goals.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and workflow design techniques.
