We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to drive recruitment, HR operations, and compliance across our leading client in Aviation sector . This role offers exposure to corporate environments, with opportunities to travel and contribute to strategic HR initiatives.
Position:Executive / Sr. Executive – Human Resources
Location: Kishangarh / Delhi (Relocation Mandatory, Travel Required)
Experience: 3–9 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management
- Manage onboarding, employee records, and payroll inputs
- Implement and monitor PMS (Performance Management System)
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and labour laws
- Handle grievance redressal and employee engagement activities
- Support HR operations across Kishangarh and Delhi locations
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
- 3–9 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliances
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Willingness to relocate and travel as per business requirements
Compensation: Budget flexible based on experience and last drawn salary.
