The ITI Electrician is responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in the production unit. The role ensures smooth functioning of machinery, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety standards in a food processing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, and equipment.
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of machines.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in production machinery.
- Ensure continuous power supply to production and office areas.
- Maintain control panels, motors, switches, and distribution boards.
- Respond quickly to electrical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Maintain records of maintenance and repairs.
- Follow safety standards and electrical compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate with production team during maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper earthing and load management.
- Assist in installation of new machines and electrical systems.
- Monitor energy usage and report abnormalities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
