HR RECRUITER | WORK FROM HOME
This is a Work From Home opportunity for candidates based in North India. The selected candidate will work remotely and collaborate with the recruitment team to support hiring activities across various business functions.
SALARY PACKAGE
The annual compensation offered for this role is ₹5,00,000 per annum (CTC) for freshers and ₹6,00,000 per annum (CTC) for candidates with prior experience in the HR domain.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates through job portals social media platforms professional networks and referrals. The role includes screening resumes conducting initial HR interviews coordinating interviews with hiring managers maintaining recruitment databases following up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will also be expected to build talent pipelines and achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a keen interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition are encouraged to apply. Candidates with prior experience in HR Recruitment Talent Acquisition or related HR functions will be preferred for the experienced position.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must possess a personal laptop or desktop a high speed internet connection and a smartphone for seamless communication and recruitment activities. Candidates should also have a dedicated workspace and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS
The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills strong interpersonal abilities good organizational and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously. Knowledge of recruitment tools job portals MS Office and Google Workspace will be considered an advantage.
