- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on production equipment.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical faults in pumps, mixers, agitators, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, and piping systems.
- Install, align, dismantle, and reassemble machinery and equipment.
- Replace worn or damaged mechanical components such as bearings, seals, couplings, belts, chains, valves, and gaskets.
- Conduct routine lubrication and maintenance of rotating equipment.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance procedures.
- Support equipment commissioning, modifications, and improvement projects.
- Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, and production teams during maintenance activities.
- Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and spare parts usage.
- Ensure housekeeping standards in the workshop and production areas.
- Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Permit to Work (PTW), and other safety procedures during maintenance.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,300.00 per month
