- Handle customer queries related to savings accounts.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain proper customer records and follow process guidelines.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.
- Work effectively in rotational day and night shifts.
Qualification & Skills
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 2026 pass-outs can apply.
- Freshers are eligible.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Pay: ₹14,528.13 - ₹15,000.00 per month
