Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Executive to manage hotel room reservations and provide excellent guest service. The Reservation Executive will handle booking requests, assist guests with inquiries, and ensure accurate reservation records while maximizing room occupancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle room reservation requests via phone, email, website, and online travel agents (OTAs).
- Provide guests with information about room availability, rates, and hotel services.
- Enter and update reservation details in the hotel management system.
- Coordinate with the front office and housekeeping teams regarding room availability.
- Confirm reservations and send booking confirmations to guests.
- Manage cancellations, modifications, and special requests.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and reports.
- Assist in upselling room categories and hotel services.
- Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication with guests.

Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Hotel Management Systems (PMS).

- Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Email communication).
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in hotel reservations or front office operations.
- Freshers with hospitality training may also apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with hotel reservation software or property management systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
