Job Title: Customer Service Staff
Location: Epic Poetry cafe, Kochi
Job Type: Full-Time
As a Café Service Staff member, you will be the face of our café, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive guest experience, and supporting daily café operations. You will work closely with other team members to create a welcoming environment and contribute to the smooth running of the café.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, provide information about menu items, and ensure an overall positive dining experience.
- Order Preparation: Accurately prepare and serve food and beverages according to café standards, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle cash and card transactions, and provide accurate change.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, counters, and equipment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stock Management: Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies, and reporting any shortages or issues.
Qualifications:
- Qualification & Experience: Previous experience in a café or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attitude: Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.

Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
