BTL Marketing Manager – Solar Division

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic BTL Marketing Manager to lead brand promotion and field marketing activities for our Solar Division. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing BTL campaigns, increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting sales growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Organize roadshows, dealer meets, customer awareness programs, and exhibitions.
- Manage brand promotion activities across target markets.
- Coordinate with sales teams to generate quality leads and increase market penetration.
- Develop relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Ensure effective utilization of marketing budgets and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- MBA/Graduate in Marketing or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in BTL Marketing, preferably in Solar, Electrical, FMCG, or Consumer Durable industries.
- Strong communication, planning, and team management skills.
- Experience in brand activation and field marketing activities.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
