We are looking for a Civil Engineer for residential projects in Bangalore. The role requires a practical and detail-oriented person who can assist in project planning, drawing coordination, consultant follow-ups, technical checks, and preparation before site execution begins.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning and early-stage development activities.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Review and understand drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical inputs.
- Assist in checking site feasibility, basic measurements, levels, and project requirements.
- Support BOQ preparation, quantity checks, material planning, and cost coordination.
- Assist in documentation related to approvals, local building rules, and project compliance.
- Track project progress, pending items, consultant inputs, and next steps.
- Provide technical support during product development and later during site execution.
- Prepare simple reports, updates, and coordination notes for management.
Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in residential construction or project coordination.
- Experience in villas, row houses, apartments, or premium residential projects preferred.
- Ability to read AutoCAD and construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of construction stages, materials, BOQ, and local building rules.
- Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Bangalore-based candidates preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
