Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing & SEM: Lead our Performance Marketing initiatives. Act as the
primary Google Ads Manager to execute, monitor, and scale highly targeted Search
Engine Marketing (SEM) and advertising campaigns for maximum ROI.
SEO Mastery: Drive comprehensive Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to
improve our organic reach, search rankings, and website traffic.
Social Media & Luxury Branding: Act as our in-house Social Media Specialist, managing
campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Focus on crafting a premium
aesthetic that aligns with building the online presence of a luxury brand.
AI & Innovation: As an AI Enthusiast, integrate the latest AI tools and trends into our
workflows for content creation, market research, and campaign optimization to stay
ahead of the curve.
Project Management: Apply rigorous Project Management methodologies to coordinate
cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, sales), ensuring all marketing deliverables
are completed on time and within budget.
Marketing Strategy & Research: Conduct continuous Market Research to refine our
overarching Marketing Strategy, identifying consumer preferences and competitor
movements.
Email Marketing: Design and deploy conversion-focused Email Marketing campaigns for
customer retention, cart recovery, and new fragrance launches.
Qualifications:
Experience: 4+ years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Performance
Marketer, or similar role. (Candidates with a strong portfolio as a Freelancer managing
end-to-end luxury/D2C clients are highly encouraged to apply).
Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated success in building the online presence of luxury
industries (beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle preferred).
Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise as a Google Ads Manager, and deep knowledge of
SEO, SEM, and web analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
Modern Tooling: A true AI Enthusiast with a passion for leveraging artificial intelligence
to streamline digital marketing efforts.
Leadership: Strong Project Manager capabilities with the ability to own campaigns from
ideation to execution.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
