- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives. Conduct daily and weekly meetings to review targets and sales strategies.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Monitor inventory levels to ensure the right mix of vehicles for maximum turnover. Manage the appraisal of trade-in vehicles and oversee vehicle reconditioning.
- Dealership Profitability: Collaborate with the General Manager (GM) to forecast sales quotas, set budgets, and analyze performance metrics.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address escalated customer complaints, ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process, and promote post-sale retention.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all sales comply with dealership policies and automotive regulations. Review daily floor traffic and commission reports.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.09 per month
