T2M Semiconductor is expanding its Connectivity SoC Business and is seeking a driven Technical Marketing Engineer to join our Bangalore team.
We deliver high-performance wireless SoCs and modules for global customers across IoT, Smart Home, Consumer Electronics, Utility Meters, Healthcare, Agri-Tech, Wearable, Audio Devices and emerging Automotive applications. This role provides the opportunity to contribute directly to business growth in a competitive global semiconductor environment.
Role Overview
The Technical Marketing Engineer will bridge engineering and business functions, taking ownership of customer accounts, driving revenue growth, and managing opportunities from qualification through design-in and project execution stages.
Key Responsibilities
· Own and manage assigned customer accounts, acting as the primary business interface
· Drive revenue generation through new account development and expansion of existing customers
· Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities into design-ins and design-wins
· Support end-to-end project coordination between customers, FAE/R&D teams
· Manage project timelines, customer expectations, and internal follow-ups to ensure execution milestones are met
· Understand customer system architecture and recommend optimal SoC solutions
· Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and competitive positioning materials
· Execute structured follow-ups from marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and outbound outreach
· Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support strategic product planning
· Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting within CRM systems
· Contribute to Business Unit growth targets and long-term expansion strategy
Qualifications & Skills
· Strong fundamentals in semiconductor concepts and embedded systems
· Understanding wireless technologies and use-cases
· Excellent communication skills with professional proficiency in English
· Ability to build and nurture business relationships via phone, email, and direct engagement
· Analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness
· Strong organizational and project coordination skills
· Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
