Position: Purchase Associate
Location: Flora Misty Falls, Athirappilly, Thrissur
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word & Email)
- Valid driving license is mendatory.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Procure materials, food items, and operational supplies as per departmental requirements.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and prepare purchase orders.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality materials.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and supplier documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to avoid stock shortages.
- Ensure purchases comply with company policies and approved budgets.
- Follow up on pending orders and resolve supplier-related issues.
- Support monthly stock verification and procurement reporting.
