Job Summary
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can independently handle different stages of web application development — from understanding requirements and designing application components to coding, testing, debugging, deployment and maintenance.
The candidate will work closely with project managers, UI/UX designers, business teams and other developers to develop reliable, scalable, secure and user-friendly applications.
The candidate should have strong fundamentals in web development and practical knowledge of front-end, back-end, databases and APIs.
Key Responsibilities1. Front-End Development
- Develop responsive, user-friendly and visually appealing web interfaces.
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages.
- Write clean and maintainable HTML, CSS and JavaScript code.
- Ensure websites work properly across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
- Implement forms, validations, dashboards, tables, filters and interactive components.
- Improve website usability, speed and overall user experience.
- Fix front-end bugs and browser compatibility issues.
- Work with React.js, Angular or other modern JavaScript frameworks as required.
2. Back-End Development
- Develop secure and scalable server-side applications.
- Create business logic and backend modules according to project requirements.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs.
- Handle authentication, authorization and user management.
- Connect front-end applications with backend services.
- Write reusable and maintainable backend code.
- Troubleshoot server-side errors and performance issues.
- Work with technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, PHP/Laravel or other relevant backend frameworks.
3. Database Management
- Design and maintain databases according to application requirements.
- Create and manage tables, relationships, queries and database structures.
- Write optimized SQL queries.
- Perform CRUD operations.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Identify and resolve database-related issues.
- Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Optimize database queries for better application performance.
4. API Development & Integration
- Develop RESTful APIs for web applications.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Test APIs using tools such as Postman.
- Handle API authentication and authorization.
- Manage API requests, responses and error handling.
- Troubleshoot API integration problems.
- Ensure secure and reliable communication between front-end and backend systems.
5. Application Development
- Understand project requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Participate in application architecture and development.
- Develop new features and modules.
- Modify existing applications based on business requirements.
- Ensure applications are scalable and maintainable.
- Follow coding standards and development best practices.
- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
6. Testing & Debugging
- Test applications before deployment.
- Identify and resolve functional and technical bugs.
- Perform debugging of front-end and backend issues.
- Conduct basic unit and integration testing.
- Analyze errors and identify their root causes.
- Ensure developed features meet the required specifications.
- Maintain application quality and stability.
7. Performance Optimization
- Identify slow-loading pages and inefficient code.
- Optimize front-end and backend performance.
- Improve database query performance.
- Reduce unnecessary API calls.
- Optimize application loading speed.
- Monitor application performance and resolve technical bottlenecks.
8. Security
- Follow secure coding practices.
- Protect applications against common security vulnerabilities.
- Implement proper authentication and authorization.
- Validate and sanitize user inputs.
- Protect sensitive application and database information.
- Follow appropriate security practices while developing APIs and web applications.
9. Git & Version Control
- Use Git for source-code management.
- Maintain proper branches for development.
- Commit code regularly with meaningful commit messages.
- Collaborate with other developers through Git/GitHub.
- Resolve basic merge conflicts.
- Maintain clean and organized repositories.
10. Deployment & Maintenance
- Assist in deploying applications to development and production environments.
- Troubleshoot deployment-related issues.
- Maintain existing applications after deployment.
- Implement updates, enhancements and bug fixes.
- Monitor applications and resolve reported technical problems.
- Maintain proper documentation for applications and technical changes.
11. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, designers, project managers and business teams.
- Understand project requirements and provide technical inputs.
- Participate in project discussions and development meetings.
- Communicate technical issues clearly with the team.
