Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Position Purpose:
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating business opportunities by visiting customers, identifying potential clients, promoting company products and services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires extensive fieldwork, effective communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit existing and prospective customers to promote company products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and end customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and quotations to clients.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
- Collect market information regarding competitors, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely order processing and customer support.
- Maintain records of daily visits, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and after-sales service support.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience in electrical, power backup, UPS, inverter, battery, or industrial product sales will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively for field visits.
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and email communication.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
