JOB TITLE: Q.C. Mechanical Engineer (C.I. and S.G. - Foundry)

Responsible for Dispatch material (Like Cylinder, Housing, Pully) as per customer standard.
IT Skills: MS office
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
1. Ensure material received from fettling is inspected and conforms to finishing quality requirements as per customer’s specification.
2. Segregate green and black casting clarifying.
3. Check viscosity before applying coating/Painting to ensure compliance with customer requirement.
4. Prepare and maintaining daily reports like Dimensional, Pre-dispatch inspection report, Coating thickness report etc.
5. Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all levels.
6. Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe
And effective utilization of machines.
7. Providing recommendations about new features and product
8. Improvements.
9. Monitoring inventory on site office and reordering materials when needed.
10. Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors
On a regular basis.
