Roles & Responsibilities
Telecalling
- Call prospective customers from company-provided data.
- Explain project details confidently and professionally.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Maintain call records and update them in Excel sheet.
- Coordinate with the manager regarding customer appointments.
Front Office Administration
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Answer incoming phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate meetings and office documentation.
- Support management with day-to-day administrative work.
- Maintain office files and basic reports.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Telugu and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Social Media (Instagram, Youtube,...) and email.
- Confident speaking and convincing ability.
- Well organized and punctual.
- Previous experience in real estate telecalling is preferred.
Qualification
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, front office in real estate.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
