MH01 Tea & Trading Company is a growing business engaged in private label manufacturing, institutional sales, international trade, and e-commerce. We are looking for an energetic and driven HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to support our growth by attracting and hiring the right talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, references, social media or any other relevant portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and joining formalities.
- Manage onboarding, employee documentation, and attendance records.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR databases.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR administration.
- Build candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
