Key Responsibilities:
- Manage & coordinate end-to-end monthly payroll processing and salary disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll data in HRMS.
- Handle onboarding, salary revisions, full & final settlements, and employee documentation.
- Prepare payroll MIS reports and coordinate with Finance for payroll reconciliation.
- Resolve employee payroll-related queries and ensure timely compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Payroll Management and HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in HRMS, payroll software, and MS Excel.
- Need to visit branches and sites to coordinate the attendance management.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
