We are hiring for a presentable Receptionist for our company
- Strong attendance history of punctuality.
- Greet and welcome visitors upon their arrival at the office & direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Organize files for internal official records and client records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Multilinguistic
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in creating presentations using Canva, along with fast and accurate typing skills.
- Receive deliveries, sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Arrange travel bookings and accommodations for Directors while visiting the sites.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for office upkeep.
- Fundamental skills in data entry, database updating, and file organization.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, stocked with all necessary stationery and materials
- Salary based on company standards and experience: Fresher or 1 to 2 years experience.
