Qualification Diploma(3 years), BE or B tech - (Electrical, Electronics, Electronich and communication and Instrumentation.
Experience Minimum - 4 years
1 Management of resources – manpower, tools, TMI, PPEs etc.
2 Communication of changes to Technicians on time, in their role / responsibility.
3 Proper mapping of resources along with Jio Circle Planners so that no WO remain undelivered.
4 "Ensuring proper Induction Training including safety training to newly on-boarded SP resources &
periodic refresher training. Ensuring proper training records availability."
5 Ensuring quality of workmanship along with adherence to schedules.
6 Ensuring all resources without fail & delay, adopt automation tools / apps as directed by Jio.Ensuring availability of 4G/5G phone and Jio SIM to all resources.
7 To Support & follow up for TECO in SAP with quality as and when instructed by Jio.
8 Overall management of spares, inventory and improvement projects.
9 Ensuring timely updation of asset inventory in GIS / NE following MACD / GIS tools by providing timely data. Ensuring all Jio assets are maintained in good condition.
10 Ensuring proper & timely EB bill payment, IEM entry and accounting; as applicable. ie. Ensuring proper Power management to avoid any pilferage.
11 Implementation of HSEF and Quality Guidelines.
12 Ensuring correct material booking against each WO.
13 Ensuring material availability at all times. Ensuring FIM spares, consumables & assets are stored in good condition and made available on time when and where required. (Including logistics within MP).
14 Ensuring permanent restoration of faults at all times.
15 "Ensuring applicable TMI & Tools availability and in good working condition at all times with
Technicians."
16 Conducting of audits to ensure quality of work especially PM / CM.
17 Ensuring reporting of all work-related injuries and fire incidents on time.
18 Ensuring availability and use of PPEs by resources while on work.
19 "Ensuring only competent (qualified, experienced, trained) resources are deployed at work.
Ensuring proper induction domain & safety training before putting on the job."
20 Ensuring basic hygiene of equipment rooms by proper job housekeeping.
21 Drive closure of identified Quality gaps reported by RJIL Quality Lead.
22 Submit PP closure evidence to RJIL Circle Quality Lead within SLA.
23 Should have excel and power point working knowledge
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
