Job Summary
Shri Kulswamini Transport is looking for a sincere, motivated, and detail-oriented Fresher Accountant to join our office team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are interested in starting a career in accounting. Prior experience is not required, as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime
- Prepare sales, purchase, and journal entries
- Prepare invoices and transport billing
- Maintain cash book and bank entries
- Assist with GST and TDS-related work
- Maintain customer and vendor records
- Prepare basic reports using MS Excel
- Organize and maintain accounting documents
- Support day-to-day office administration and accounting tasks
Requirements
- 12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate (Any Stream)
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel) is preferred
- Knowledge of Tally is an advantage but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn and a responsible attitude
- Good communication and basic numerical skills
