Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with warmth & professionalism.
- Handle check-in, checkout, reservations & guest enquiries efficiently.
- Operate the Hotel PMS system for room allocation, billing and guest records.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance for seamless guest service.
- Handle guest complaints courteously and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain reception standards, lobby presentation and telephone etiquette.
- Promote hotel facilities and ensure exceptional guest experience.
Requirements:
- Age: 22–26 years
- Graduate in Hospitality or any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of hotel front office experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Hotel PMS software (eZee or similar).
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed, confident & customer-focused.
- Ability to work rotational shifts.
Compensation
Monthly compensation of INR 20,000/-
12 Hours Shift
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
