We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Ironing Operator / Pressman to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ironing and pressing garments to ensure a neat, wrinkle-free finish while maintaining quality standards and production targets.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience as an Ironing Operator, Pressman, or in a garment manufacturing unit.
- Freshers with relevant training may also apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Iron and press garments using steam irons or industrial pressing machines.
- Ensure garments are wrinkle-free and finished according to quality standards.
- Identify and report defects, stains, or damages before pressing.
- Handle different fabric types with appropriate temperature and pressing techniques.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of ironing equipment.
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with stitching, quality, and packing teams for smooth workflow.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of garment ironing and pressing techniques.
- Familiarity with steam irons and industrial pressing machines.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Qualifications
- SSLC / PUC / ITI or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in the garment or textile industry is preferred.
Pay: ₹9,759.70 - ₹14,000.22 per month
