Experience: 1 – 5 Years

Job Responsibilities
✅ Source and procure materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements
✅ Obtain quotations and negotiate with vendors for the best pricing and delivery terms
✅ Prepare Purchase Orders and maintain procurement records
✅ Coordinate with suppliers, stores, and project teams for timely material delivery
✅ Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted material availability
✅ Follow up on deliveries and resolve procurement-related issues
Preferred Experience
✔ Water Treatment Projects (STP/ETP/WTP) Procurement
✔ Industrial Equipment and Spare Parts Purchasing
✔ Vendor Development and Management
✔ Project-Based Procurement Activities
Required Skills
✔ Knowledge of Purchase and Procurement Processes
✔ Vendor Negotiation and Cost Management Skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
✔ Good Communication and Coordination Skills
✔ Strong Organizational and Documentation Skills
✔ Ability to work under deadlines
