· Plan and prepare engaging STEM learning sessions by organising lesson plans, STEM kits, activities, and other learning resources for effective classroom delivery.
· Travel to partner schools and facilitate hands-on STEM sessions for students in Classes 7-10 through activities, demonstrations, experiments, and inquiry-based learning.
· Create an interactive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving while supporting active student participation.
· Guide and mentor students in designing, building, testing, and improving project prototypes, introducing appropriate design and prototyping tools to support innovation and creative problem-solving.
· Monitor student learning and engagement, provide timely feedback, and encourage students to reflect on and improve their work.
Qualifications (Essential):
· Background in Engineering or Science (B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc or related fields)
· Strong interest in hands-on learning, making, and STEM teaching
· Ability to connect with and inspire school students
· Strong communication in Tamil and English
· Some knowledge and exposure to hand-on science, demonstration based teaching
· Willing to travel to government schools in and around Chennai
· Basic understanding of design thinking and problem solving approaches
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
